What an affiliate link is
An affiliate link is a special tracking URL. When you use one to buy a product, the retailer pays us a small percentage of the sale as a referral fee. You pay exactly the same price you would have paid otherwise — the commission comes out of the retailer's margin, never your pocket.
Programs we participate in

GreenChoice is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.
- Awin (including merchants formerly on ShareASale), which connects us with a range of sustainable and direct-to-consumer eco brands.
- Shopify Collabs, which links us with independent eco brands selling on Shopify.
- Impact, an affiliate network covering additional sustainable-living brands and services.
We may add or remove programs over time. Regardless of the network, the same standards in this disclosure apply to every link.
How we identify affiliate links
Outbound affiliate and sponsored links on this site carry the appropriate
rel="nofollow sponsored" attributes, and product recommendations are accompanied
by an on-page disclosure note. If you see a "Disclosure" callout near a product, that page
contains affiliate links.
Our promise: recommendations stay independent
Earning a commission never changes what we recommend or what we say about it. We only feature products we have personally tested or thoroughly vetted for sustainability, durability, and real-world value. We are not paid to write positive reviews, and a brand paying a higher commission does not earn a better ranking, a kinder review, or a spot it didn't earn on the merits. When a product falls short, we say so.
